We're looking for an experienced Service Director to help lead us during this next phase of growth! Forecasts goals and objectives for the departments and strives to meet them Hires, trains, motivates and monitors the performance of the service department Manages and leads a team of automotive technicians and service advisors Monitors the performance of the service department Understands and ensures compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures Focuses on employee growth development Maintains high-quality service repairs and minimizes comebacks Handles customer complaints immediately and according to dealership's guidelines Works with other department managers Serves as liaison with factory representatives Maintains a safe work shop Requirements - Service Director:
Automotive Service Manager / Director experience is required CDK experience preferred but not required Comprehensive auto industry knowledge and management experience Self-motivated with creative problem-solving skills Strong customer service and communication skills Basic understanding of business management Valid driver's license with good driving record Please upload your resume of experience.
