Responsibilities:
Coordinate awareness initiatives and foster relationships with other attorneys alongside the marketing team in order to help grow our prospective client base Supervise new client onboarding and current client files through data entry and paperwork collection to ensure our cases are managed efficiently Manage attorney schedules, including prospective client consultations, to foster caseload growth Conduct various tasks around the office such as managing spreadsheets, writing emails, faxing and copying, and transcribing notes to make sure all processes run smoothly Screen incoming potential client phone calls to make sure the case falls within the scope of the firm, while helping the caller feel heard and understood Key

Client Engagement:
Proactively identify and connect with potential clients, understanding their needs and demonstrating how our services can support them effectively Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued and understood from the first interaction Collaborative Sales Strategy:
Work closely with our legal team to grasp the full scope of our services, enabling you to communicate our value proposition compellingly to prospective clients Detailed documentation of the client's journey Client Retention and Satisfaction:
Employ retention strategies to maintain high levels of client satisfaction, including regular follow-ups and exploring opportunities for additional services that could benefit the client Progress Tracking:
Monitor the progress of cases for your clients, ensuring that they are receiving the support they need and that their satisfaction levels are high.
Please note:
While you will track case progress and client satisfaction, you will not provide legal advice or be involved in the legal aspects of case management Feedback Loop:
Solicit and analyze client feedback to continuously refine our service offerings and client communication strategies Team Integration:
Seamlessly integrate with the legal team to ensure a cohesive client journey from initial contact through to the conclusion of their legal matter
Qualifications:
Background in the legal industry preferred Sales or customer service experience highly valued Full familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite, with advanced Excel proficiency Strong computer and data entry skills CRM and case management software experience a plus Candidate Requirements:
Demonstrable success in a sales or client relationship management role, with a strong track record in achieving sales targets Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust and rapport with a diverse client base Effective organizational abilities, with the skill to juggle multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously A proactive, client-first approach to sales and relationship management Ability to operate both independently and as a collaborative team member Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred About Company We are a family law firm on a mission to change how people divorce and help them divorce with dignity.
